This phone consultation allows you to ask questions, express your needs, and confirm that Mindfulness Growth is a suitable match for you.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I currently accept Cigna, Evernorth, Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare insurance plans. I will accept additional insurance plans in the future.
What are your private pay fees?
The fee for a 45-minute individual session is $120.
What are the advantages of private pay?
Private pay removes restrictions on your care, allowing for sessions of varying lengths, frequencies, and ease of scheduling. This ensures my clients receive mental healthcare based solely on their needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients must notify my office of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. A no-show fee will apply if you do not attend your appointment without prior notice. Contact the office to prevent this fee from being applied.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is charged at the beginning of each session. Each client must keep a current and valid credit card on file. This policy enhances commitment to therapy.
What forms of payment does Mindfulness Growth accept?
I accept Credit/Debit cards, FSA/HSA and Zelle.
How does Mindfulness Growth protect my privacy?
Mindfulness Growth utilizes electronic health records, a video platform, and email systems that are all HIPAA compliant.

The law safeguards the confidentiality between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without obtaining written consent.
Exceptions include:

If there is suspected child abuse or elder abuse (including abuse of dependent adults), I am legally required to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.

If a client threatens serious bodily harm to another person, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

If a client expresses a desire to harm themselves, I will make every effort to work with them to ensure their safety. If they choose not to cooperate, I am obligated by law to take further measures to protect their safety, even without their permission.
