Anxiety disorders can manifest as recurring episodes of worry and fear, or they may also develop suddenly. It's important to note that not everyone with anxiety will experience all of these symptoms and the severity and combination of symptoms can vary significantly.

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that teaches individuals how to think, behave, and respond differently to situations that trigger anxiety. CBT is often the first choice for managing anxiety disorders.
